GENERAL

A certain item in your web shop is no longer available, is there any chance it will get re-stocked?
The best way to get a hold of items that are no longer available in our web shop is to sign up to our waiting list for the product. That way, your order will receive priority when the item is back in stock and we will send you an email notification at the moment the item becomes available.

How do I find my size?

How do I return/exchange an item?
We offer full refunds or exchange of items (if available in stock) within 14 days upon delivery. Items must be returned unused and in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser's credit card within two weeks of the return.
Items purchased made-to-measure are not refundable nor exchangeable.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?
We charge for shipping on most orders, please visit the checkout page for a break down of applicable costs.

All international orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. At no point will we rent or sell this to any third party.

To register at Stroke/STRK, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and telephone number. All credit card information is handled by Paypal's secure gateway.

PAYMENT

What payment methods does Stroke/STRK accept?
You can pay using most major international cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are handled by Paypal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Your personal online security is very important to us. To help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure we use Paypal to handle all of our transactions.

To ensure your information is kept private, we do not process or store any payment information in our database.

 

ORDER & TRACKING

Can I change my order?
An order cannot be changed once the merchandise has been processed.
However, items may still be exchanged or returned within 14 days after you have received them. In such cases, shipping charges on the returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Check the order status in your account pages to see if the order has been sent. In some cases we may be able to change the order if it hasn't been sent. Please contact us at customerservice(at)wearestroke.com with your order number as soon as possible and let us know of the changes you wish to make.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be fulfilled within two business days, subject to card clearance and stock availability. However, we do aim to ship every order the same day.  We operate Monday to Friday except from Vietnamese public holidays.

Which countries does STRK ship to?
We ship to more than 50 countries worldwide. If you cannot find your country during the checkout process, please contact us directly and we'll figure out the best way to ship the items(s) to you.


Where is my order?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number. Sign in to your account and click My Order History for tracking and shipping status. Alternately visit the email link we have provided in your shipping confirmation mail to track your order through our courier service partner.

Can I add items to my order?
Additional items must be handled as a separate order in the web shop. If the first order has not already been processed, we might be able to combine the orders. In such cases, the additional shipping charge will be refunded to the original purchaser's credit card.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
In this unlikely event, we will help you manage the shipment back to us, and make sure a new item is sent to you. Since we need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item, please do not send anything back to us without our knowledge and confirmation. Can I exchange for a more expensive product?
For security reasons, we do not save your payment information in our database. Therefore, you are not able to exchange an item for a more expensive one. If you make an exchange for a less expensive item, we will refund the difference to the original purchaser's credit card.

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account since Paypal is handling the refund process.

 

DELIVERY

How long time does it take for my order to arrive?
All domestic orders in Vietnam usually take one or two days to arrive.
International shipments with our courier service partner usually take between one and three days, but may take up to five days for some destinations. Shipments with EMS can take between five and fifteen days depending on the desitnation. For more info on our shipping methods and costs please go to this page.

How do I collect my order?
Your order will be delivered to your door or to your chosen delivery point. The courier company will notify you by sms or email when your package is ready and when they are out to make delivery.
Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 09.00-17.00 (9am-5pm) on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address.
Shipments sent with EMS will be delivered by your local postal service.
For tracking and delivery times, please check through the tracking link found in the email confirming that your order has been dispatched or contact your local postal service.

Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our location to the delivery address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

In the same way the costumer has the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.

 

PRODUCTS

Will my favourite Stroke/STRK item get restocked?
We will add items to the web shop and our Facebook page as soon as they come back in stock. You can also sign up on our waiting list here. That way you will get an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

How come certain items are sold out all the time?
Some items are made in very limited numbers while others are made in larger quantities. This has something to do with out suppliers and the availability of certain fabrics and materials. Therefore, when a style is particularly popular and also only made in small numbers, it may get sold out within a very short time span. We will of course do our best to re-stock popular styles if there is enough feedback and people signed on to our waiting list.

How come my modified item(s) do not fit me?

In these unfortunate cases we are of course willing to help out, but usually the problem can be solved at a local tailor rather than shipping the item back and forth.
When modifying your Stroke/STRK item on our webpage, the numbers you add or subtract from our standard measurements are the measurements that the final product will have. We do not adjust any of your specifications, so what you input is really what you will get.
