RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return any item purchased in our online shop within 14 days from the delivery date.
Prior to sending your purchased item(s) back to us, please make sure to read the Important Information section below.

Returns (Worldwide)
Our return process is easy, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact us at returns(at)wearestroke.com with your purchase order number and request a
    Returns Form.

2. Place the item in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.

3. Complete the Returns Form and include it in the box.

4. Close the box and tape securely.

5. Email us the tracking number of your package and send it to:

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items. Late returns may be accepted at our discretion.

If your order has been sent within Vietnam, all sales taxes will be refunded. Stroke/STRK is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside of Vietnam. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unfortunately unable to influence this.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

+ All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to
   customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us

+ Please send all items you wish to return or exchange from an order in the same shipment to
   ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

+ Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in
   transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your
   return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

+ Items that are purchased modified cannot be refunded nor exchanged. Where possible we will
   re-adjust the item(s) free of charge following your new instructions. However, all shipping costs,
   duties and taxes will be held by the customer.

+ Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

+ Items should be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.

+ Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Stroke/STRK cannot
   accept returns where labels have been removed.

+ Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the
   customer at the customer's expense.

+ All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

+ You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Stroke/STRK. Items lost in transit will
   not be compensated for.

+ All exchanges are subject to availability.

+ We prefer that international orders are returned to us via a courier service to ensure that they are protected
   and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means and
   please make sure to retain proof of shipment.
