You can return any item purchased in our online shop within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns (Worldwide) 1. RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items. Late returns may be accepted at our discretion. If your order has been sent within Vietnam, all sales taxes will be refunded. Stroke/STRK is not able to refund customs duties and taxes on orders shipped outside of Vietnam. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unfortunately unable to influence this. |
