Stroke

All orders are processed at our office in HCMC, Vietnam usually within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Order processing may take up to five days during holiday/sales periods. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Vietnamese Public Holidays.

A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your order.

Currently, we deliver to more than 50 countries around the world, and we offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below.

Above rates are based on 1-2 item purchases with a total weight not exceeding 1,5kg. For larger purchases our system will calculate the lowest rate possible matching your specific order.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance processes in the destination country.
Once orders are dispatched we are unable to redirect them.
All orders require a signature upon receipt and we are therefore not able to deliver to post office boxes.

All domestic orders are shipped via EMS.
International orders are shipped via courier service or EMS.

Please note that the goods cannot be delivered without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 09.00-17.00 (9am-5pm) on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address.
If you've missed the delivery, the local agency will leave a note to re-arrange delivery. Please deal with the local courier/EMS agent directly.

From time to time, Stroke/STRK runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to recieve our news letter or connect with us on Facebook here. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

Stroke/STRK insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by the recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Stroke/STRK and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Vietnam
All domestic orders are subject to 10% VAT, which will be included in the final purchase price.

World

These order are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The courier service/EMS will invoice you for the local taxes and duties. Since we are unable to make assessments regarding fees, we recommend you contact your local post office to obtain an estimate. Please note taxes and duties are not applicable for Australian orders under 1000 AUD.
